A warm, damp cloth. Two seconds after pressing the button. The ThermOne A heats and moistens each wipe only at the moment of dispensing. Nothing is pre-warmed and waiting around. That's why the first wipe in the morning is as fresh as the eighteenth in the evening.
Two seconds instead of twenty minutes
400 watts of instant heating bring the towel up to 60 degrees Celsius. A conventional towel warmer needs to run for a while and then maintains a reserve of heat, whether anyone comes or not. The ThermOne A doesn't have a reserve. It has a button.
You determine the length, not the device.
18 to 24 centimeters, adjustable via the display. A short cloth for your hands before meals, a long one for the treatment bed. Plus six moisture levels: barely damp for glasses, thoroughly damp for the face. If you need the same cloth every day, you set it once and never touch it again.
Warm in January, freezing cold in July
The same device also dispenses cold towels. Use it after sports, during facials, or at the table in summer. There are few items for a studio or restaurant that are needed year-round.
The tank is self-cleaning.
The water tank is lined with an antibacterial material and cleans itself automatically. That's the invisible half of hygiene. A cloth is only as clean as the water that goes into it, and nobody checks a tank manually every day.
No wash cycle, no return, no question
The cloths come from a 23-meter roll made from 100% plant fibersThey are used once and are then compostable. No laundry, no sorting, no questioning who handled the towel before. That's the difference between a disposable towel and a cloth towel, and it's also where the equation falls apart.

What is an oshibori?
An oshibori is the moist cloth that is offered before meals in Japan. Warm in winter, cool in summer. What began as a courtesy has become an expectation: those who have experienced it once miss it.
How does an oshibori machine work?
Insert the roll, fill with water, press the button. The machine detaches a sheet from the roll, moistens it, and heats it to temperature. The sheet is created only at this moment. No one has touched it before.
Warm or cold cloth, when which?
The same device can do both. For cold wipes, ice cubes are used instead of hot water. In summer at reception and after sports, in winter after meals and before shaving.
Disposable or cloth wipes, which is more hygienic?
A cloth is only as clean as its last wash cycle and the box in which it is kept warm. A cloth from the machine is produced upon dispensing and then disposed of. There is no cycle in which anything can go wrong.
Are the wipes environmentally friendly?
The cloths are made from plant fibers instead of plastic. This eliminates the entire laundry cycle: no detergent, no fabric softener, no trip to the laundromat, no insulated container.
How much does a single cloth cost?
The price per sheet is the price of the refill roll divided by the number of sheets on it. This does not include the cost of tap water and the electricity used by the machine. No laundry bill, no detergent, no minimum order.
Is this also worthwhile for home use?
That's why there's a compact model. It works just like the larger devices: fill it with water, insert the roll, press the button. On the countertop, it transforms a simple dinner into a special occasion.

What the same application time would cost in a salon
But a real massage is better, isn't it?
An armchair is no substitute for physiotherapy or treatment by a person. Anyone who wants to relieve a specific muscle tension should continue to go there, and that's perfectly fine.
What the chair can do, however, is this: It's ready at 10:30 in the evening, no appointment necessary, no travel required, and no one else needs to be available. There's no extra charge for a second person in the household. That's precisely how the calculation above is based, not on the claim that it's a better massage.
In our survey, the majority said yes—though not exactly: In their view, two to three sessions in the chair are a substitute for a salon visit. Therefore, the calculation above compares not the effect, but the price of the same application time.
