Why a restaurant says more than an exhibition space
The device sits idle in a showroom and looks good. It's running in the restaurant on a busy Friday evening.
That's precisely where you can ask the questions that a sales pitch doesn't answer. Whether it disrupts the flow. How often it's refilled. What the guests think about it.
