Terms of Use NAIPO Relax Lounge - Am Grasbrookpark 1, Hamburg

1. General

The NAIPO Relax Lounge is designed for short-term rest and relaxation. Use is at your own risk and is intended exclusively for non-medical purposes.

2. Access & Age Restrictions

Use is permitted for those aged 16 and over. Persons under 16 may only enter the lounge if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

3. Health information

Use of the massage chairs is at your own risk. Persons with the following restrictions are advised to seek medical advice before use:

• Cardiovascular diseases

• Pregnancy

• Epilepsy

• Implanted medical devices (e.g. pacemakers)

• Acute injuries or orthopedic problems

4. Rules of conduct & proper use

Please treat the lounge, its furnishings, and equipment with care. The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Improper use of massage chairs

• Contamination or damage to the facility

• Disturbance of the peace or harassment of other guests

• consumption of alcohol or drugs

Instructions from staff must be followed at all times.

5. Technology & Data Protection

The massage chairs in the lounge use AI-supported sensors to automatically adjust the massage functions. Body-related information such as posture or height can be recorded during use. This data is processed exclusively for the purpose of performing the treatment and is not stored or shared. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

Use is at your own risk. The operator assumes no liability for adverse health effects, damage caused by improper use, or loss of personal belongings. The operator is liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence within the scope of statutory provisions.

7. Using Smart TVs

1. Smart TVs are available in our relaxation lounges for individual use by our guests. Use is entirely at the guest's own risk.

2. The operator assumes no liability for content selected, viewed or streamed by the guest.

3. Access to their own streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube) is provided independently and voluntarily by the guest. The guest is responsible for the security, logoff, and protection of their access data.

4. The operator assumes no responsibility for the storage, misuse, or deletion of account information that may arise from the guest's registration on the Smart TVs.

5. Guests are strongly advised to log out of their accounts after each use and not to store any private access data on their devices.

8. Exclusion from use

If you violate these terms of use, you may be denied access to the lounge at any time and without any right to reimbursement.
