Behind NAIPO Magazine is the team at Alsterwell GmbH in Hamburg: product experts, service technicians, and massage enthusiasts who have been exclusively dedicated to massage technology for over a decade. We don't just sell massage chairs and massage devices—we repair them in our own workshop, test every model ourselves, and advise hundreds of customers personally every week in our showrooms and by phone.
This is how our articles are created
Every article in NAIPO magazine goes through the same process:

- Practical knowledge: What we write about devices is based on our own experience — in the showroom, in the workshop, or in long-term testing.
- Exam: Before publication, a second team member proofreads the content; we deliberately formulate health-related topics cautiously and do not replace medical advice.
