The correct essay

  • Pillows or foam cushions. Even gentler, for beginners and sensitive people.
  • Kugel. Possible on the trapezius muscle towards the shoulder, where there is more tissue.
  • Fork: no. It is designed for use on the left and right sides of the spine; the distance is too narrow at the neck.
  • Cone: no. Too localized for a region with so little cushion.

What every essay otherwise does is explained in the article. Massage gun attachments.

Where work is done and where it isn't

Allowed: The muscle group to the left and right of the cervical spine, the trapezius muscle between the neck and shoulder, the scapular region.
