However, if your device is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service. We will first try to solve the problem in consultation with the manufacturer. If necessary, we can arrange collection and return the affected item to one of our warehouses for repair.

Repairs are free of charge within your warranty period. Outside of your warranty period, the costs depend on the type and nature of the defect or damage that has occurred.
