You have the right, within fourteen days (14 days) without giving any reason to withdraw from this contract.
Die Widerufsfrist beträgt 14 Tage ab dem Tag,

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and these are or will be delivered uniformly;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods in a single order and these are delivered separately;

1. Right of withdrawal and gift items
   If you exercise your legal right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return all gift items received as part of the purchase together with the main product. Gift items are considered part of the purchase contract and can only be revoked in conjunction with the main product.

2. condition of the returned gift items
   Gift items must be returned undamaged and in their original condition, including the original packaging and labels. If the gift items are returned damaged or not in their entirety, we reserve the right to demand compensation in accordance with Section 357 Paragraph 7 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The compensation is based on the current market value of the respective item.

3. Non-return of gift items
   If a gift item is not returned within the scope of the cancellation, we are entitled to deduct the market value of the gift item from the refund of the purchase price.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Alsterwell GmbH, email address: service@naipo.de) by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not required.

Please keep the tracking number or the return receipt of the return safe!

Otherwise, there may be significant delays in your refund.

You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website (https://naipo.de/). If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation immediately (e.g. by email).

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will pay you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from you choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

We can refuse repayment for goods that can be sent by parcel until we have received these goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent these goods back, whichever is earlier.

We pick up the goods that cannot be sent as parcels.

You must send the goods that can be sent as parcels to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract to be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you send the goods that can be shipped as parcels before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of the return Goods that can be sent as a parcel (return costs €5,99); as well as the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be sent as parcels. 

The costs for goods that cannot be sent as parcels (e.g. massage chairs) are limited to a maximum of about 79 - 200 EUR estimated. Collection is by appointment.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and Contract Expiry

The right does not apply to contracts

- for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or provision by the consumer is authoritative or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered 30 days after the conclusion of the contract at the earliest and whose actual value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

- for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods, if, due to their nature, they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
- For the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
