What is covered?

  • Repairs & spare parts due to Material/manufacturing defects.
  • More optional Equipment replacementif repair is not possible.
  • Processing by Alsterwell GmbH (NAIPO Europe) with service in Hamburg.

Duration & Start

  • Start: after expiration the statutory warranty (24 months).
  • 1, 2 or 3 years Extension optional.
  • Booking at the time of purchase or within 30 days after purchase.

Conditions & Product Purchase

  • applies per product. Book multiple products separately.
  • Not available for all products – please check availability.
  • Valid for customers residing in DE/AT/CH.

Not covered

  • Damage that is already covered by a third-party warranty.
  • Intentional damage, false damage reports.
  • NAIPO Refurbished Series products i.e. refurbished products.
  • External influences (e.g. fire/elemental damage).
  • Improper interventions by unauthorized third parties.
  • Normal wear and tear & wear parts (e.g. covers, batteries).

Coverage restrictions

  • Benefit per claim on the Purchase price of the product.
  • One-time Exchange or replacement via voucher possible per device.

Purchase & Refund

  • Subsequent purchase only within 30 days is possible.
  • No refund if the service was not used.
  • Refund for Product return within 30 days.

    Send a short error description and Photos/Video of the defect.

    solution

    Repair & spare parts or device replacement according to NAIPO PROTECT conditions.

FAQ

Can I book NAIPO PROTECT retroactively?

Yes, until 30 days after purchase. After that, subsequent booking is not possible.

Does NAIPO PROTECT apply in addition to the warranty?

Yes. Your statutory consumer rights remain fully intact.

Does the extension apply to multiple products?

It applies per product. For multiple products, please book each separately.
