Hello, does the massage happen via vibration or rolling massage heads? And can I return the product for a refund if I don't like it? Sincerely
The massage is primarily performed using rolling massage heads. However, there is also a vibration function for the hip area.
The cancellation period is 30 days after receipt of the goods. You can return the item within this period for any reason and receive a full refund. Please note, however, that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. -
How much does the massage seat cushion weigh? After all, at my age I can't lift anything heavy anymore, in this case, tidying up!
The massage seat cushion weighs approximately 4kg - 5kg, but due to its design it is a little easier to carry as the weight is distributed when carrying it.
