Good to know: The care instructions are, of course, voluntary – NAIPO chairs are characterized by their robust quality and easy-care upholstery. Compared to many other massage chairs, the effort required is significantly lower.
Short routine after use:
Damp cleaning → disinfection → dry wiping → smoothing upholstery
After each use
- PU zones (seat/backrest/footrest) with foggy Clean the cloth (spray into the cloth, not directly onto the material).
- Disinfect (low alcohol or QAV), then Dry wipe again.
- Textile arm/hand rests: only slightly moisten, do not soak.
Disinfection (daily)
KaiserRein (QAV) – slightly damp, then occasionally remove residues with a cloth moistened with water.
Wipes (low alcohol)
mikrozid® Universal Premium Wipes – for quick intermediate steps.
Weekly
- PU leather with mild Faux leather cleaner Clean thoroughly, then wipe dry.
- Remove QAC residues (if used) with a clear, slightly damp cloth.
- Textile arm/hand rests: lightly brush, wipe with a damp cloth.
Faux leather cleaner
Gentle, pH-low; no solvents/polymer sealants required.
Cloths (soft, lint-free)
Soft microfibers for PU; cotton pads for polishing/dry wiping.
Monthly
- Prevent & smooth wrinkles: Blow-dry the area until it is lukewarm (low setting, ~25–30 cm distance), smooth it out with the flat of your hand.
- Plastic parts selectively with Plastic cleaner clean; no silicone/gloss coats required.
- Functional check: Are seams/covers loose? Adjust if necessary to prevent chafing.
Plastic cleaner
For hard plastic (side panels, trim) – use sparingly.
Do
- Always test in an inconspicuous area first.
- Spray into the cloth, not directly onto the material.
- Keep moisture to a minimum, especially in armholes and seams.
- Wipe dry after disinfection.
Do not
- No abrasive cloths/rough microfibers.
- No steam/hot air at close range.
- No bleaching/acetate-containing or highly alkaline agents.
- Do not soak textile coverings.
