Yes. We usually commission our logistics partner and coordinate the delivery time frame with you.

What happens if a spare part is not in stock?

We'll reorder the part immediately. If processing takes longer than 30 days, we'll provide a replacement.

How can I rebook or cancel?
You can easily rebook your tickets in your original lounge confirmation email. Check your spam/junk folder if necessary.
What are the opening hours?
The lounge is open daily from Mon–Sun 11:00 am to 21:00 pm.
How do the rooms differ?
The two rooms are almost identical. Only the room for 2-3 people is different. No room is "better."
