We develop in Hamburg and Shenzhen in close collaboration. Insights from the NAIPO Wellness Club Hamburg go directly back to the design and firmware – processed by teams in Hamburg and in our Engineering Hub ShenzhenA German-Chinese team ensures that each generation becomes noticeably better.
Product concepts, ergonomics, and software tuning are developed in Hamburg. The five private lounges with ten armchairs provide us with data from real-life situations. Evaluation and testing take place on-site and are then translated into prototypes and production modifications in close collaboration with Shenzhen.
Mechanical, electronic, and manufacturing development are located in Shenzhen. Prototypes, test benches, and firmware builds are created here on a daily basis. Input from Hamburg is quickly implemented, validated, and fed back to Hamburg.
Our Relax Lounges in Hamburg are a test laboratory under real-life conditions. Ten massage chairs are located in five private lounges, which are booked almost continuously every day from 11 a.m. to 21 p.m. Each chair thus reaches over 2.400 hours of usage per year – more than that 15 times of a typical home use. We identify weaknesses early and continuously improve the models.
We read error codes, analyze wear, and adjust components and software. Results from Hamburg and Shenzhen are compiled and integrated into production as generation updates.

A German-Chinese team is working across locations in Hamburg and Shenzhen. Investor funds are being used for test benches, telemetry, and service to ensure improvements can be brought into production more quickly.
