IMPORTANT: Terms of Use for the NAIPO Relax Lounge

We are delighted that you would like to test our high-end massage chairs. By reserving your personal test slot, you acknowledge the following terms and conditions.

1. Operator & contractual relationship

The operator of the retail space (under the concept name "NAIPO Relax Lounge") is the Alsterwell GmbH, Oberstraße 134, 20149 Hamburg
Germany. By booking, a contract for a product demonstration of retail goods is concluded with the operator.

2. Age Restriction

Trying out the seating in the lounge is from 16 years Possible. Younger guests are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents are responsible for their children.

3. Your premium product experience (showroom concept)

Our test booths offer you the opportunity to try out our high-quality massage chairs in a private and quiet atmosphere. The focus is on experiencing the complex technology (ergonomics, Dolby Atmos sound, aromatherapy) before making a potential purchase decision.

Please note: This product test, conducted as part of our specialist retail program, is explicitly not a medical, therapeutic or health measure and does not replace a visit to a doctor. Medical treatment as defined by the German Healing Practitioners Act is excluded.

4. Service fee & purchase credit

We charge a service fee for reserving the cabins and providing the demonstration equipment (including costs for instruction and hygienic disinfection).

Since our goal is to sell our devices, we will refund this service fee to you. maximum one test appointment, provided you subsequently decide to purchase a NAIPO massage chair. The fee will be fully credited towards the purchase price.

5. Health Information & Medical Emergencies

For your own safety, we ask individuals with health conditions to seek medical advice before testing. This applies particularly to:

• Cardiovascular diseases or pregnancy

• implanted devices (e.g. pacemakers)

• recent surgeries or acute back problems

Use of the devices is at your own risk. Should you experience pain or discomfort during the test, you are obliged to stop the program immediately using the remote control or the display.

As we are a retail business, we do not provide on-site medical care. In case of a medical emergency, our staff will immediately call emergency services (112); we cannot provide any further specialized medical care.

6. Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are liable – except in cases of injury to life, body, or health – only if essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) are breached. In this case, liability is limited to the typical and foreseeable damage.

We accept no liability for health consequences resulting from your failure to disclose or ignore pre-existing medical conditions. Please handle our demonstration equipment with care, as willful damage to the hardware may result in claims for compensation.

7. Behavior & House Rules

To ensure all customers can enjoy their experience, we kindly ask for consideration. In case of noise, disturbance, or improper use, we reserve the right to exercise our house rules.

8. Hygiene & Cleanliness

We place the highest value on hygiene in our cabins. In cases of extreme, deliberately caused soiling, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee (up to €89).

9. Displays & Smart TVs

The screens installed in the booths primarily serve for product presentation and explaining the NAIPO operating system. They should be understood as operating aids for the hardware.

10. Reservation, Rebooking & Cancellation

• Rescheduling your appointment is up to 24 hours in advance That's easily possible. In this case, we'll issue a voucher.

• Since we reserve the booth exclusively for your product demonstration, a refund is not possible. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for reservations with a fixed date.

11. Booking for third parties

If you are making a reservation for friends, family, or B2B partners, please inform them of our terms of use. The person making the booking is responsible for the appropriate behavior of their guests.

12. Data protection & video surveillance

The reception area is under video surveillance for your and our safety. Sensor data from the chairs (e.g., shoulder height measurement) is processed locally in the hardware only for the duration of your test and is not stored.

13. Jurisdiction & Severability Clause

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
