Plans change. For €3.00, your appointment can be changed.
- reschedule or cancel the appointment Up to 2 hours in advance. No reason needed, a short message is sufficient. If you cancel, you will receive a voucher for the amount.
- Have someone else go. If you can't go, someone else will go for you.
- Change the duration or number of people. 30 minutes become 60, one person becomes two. The price difference will be charged.
- Protection against delays. Your slot won't expire for up to 15 minutes. The time will be added on if possible; otherwise, it will be credited to your account. You don't need to contact us about this.
- Illness joker. You can reschedule once free of charge, even after the initial two hours. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Here's how to redeem it: Please let us know in advance. Without notification, the appointment remains binding and expires, just like a booking without flexibility. Changes made on-site do not constitute notification.

The text is prepared, you just need to fill in: name, email, original appointment and order number. The order number begins with NP and it's in your order confirmation, not in the appointment confirmation.
