1. How to reach it 

Allow sufficient time for travel and parking if necessary.

👉 Ideally, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to ensure a smooth process.

Tip: We recommend that you avoid eating a heavy meal before your appointment – ​​this will improve your well-being during the session.

2. Check-in & tablet distribution on the 1st floor

Go to the 1st floor of NIO House and register for your appointment at the NIO Cafe.

There you will receive the NAIPO tablet to control the chair and disposable socks for using the foot massage option.

*Please be sure to bring your ID card with you, as the tablet will be exchanged for a deposit.

3. Massage starts on the ground floor

Go back to the ground floor with the tablet and start your massage in the NAIPO Relax Zone.

4. Tip for first-time visitors

If this is your first time, we recommend watching the short video guide below beforehand – this will save you time on site and ensure you get the most out of your session.

Important to know:

- To fine-tune the intensity, you can also use the blankets provided and place them on pressure points.

– In NIO House there is no call button or bell

– You get drinks only on the 1st floor in the NIO Café

- NAIPO massage glasses and massage guns are there not available

You will find these services exclusively at NAIPO HafenCity location (Grasbrookpark 1).

5. Tablet return & follow-up

After your use, please return the tablet to the 1st floor and you will receive your ID card back.

Afterwards, you are cordially invited to relax or co-work in the NIO Café.

Use of Smart TVs
1. Smart TVs are available in our relaxation lounges for individual use by our guests. Use is entirely at the guest's own risk.
2. The operator assumes no liability for content selected, viewed or streamed by the guest.
3. Access to their own streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube) is provided independently and voluntarily by the guest. The guest is responsible for the security, logoff, and protection of their access data.
4. The operator assumes no responsibility for the storage, misuse, or deletion of account information that may arise from the guest's registration on the Smart TVs.
5. Guests are strongly advised to log out of their accounts after each use and not to store any private access data on their devices.

Failure to follow these instructions is at your own risk. NAIPO is not liable for damages resulting from improper use.
