Frequently asked questions
Where can the NAIPO oPillow massage cushion be used?
The massage cushion is versatile: it can be used on the neck, upper or lower back, shoulders, or legs—on the sofa, at the desk, or while traveling. Its compact design allows it to be placed exactly where a massage is needed.
How often and for how long should you use the NAIPO oPillow massage cushion?
As a guideline, short, regular sessions of about 10 to 20 minutes have proven effective—many NAIPO devices switch off automatically via a timer. Listen to your body, take breaks between sessions, and follow the instructions in the user manual.
Does the NAIPO oPillow massage cushion replace medical treatment?
No — this is a wellness device for relaxation. Regular massages can help loosen tension and reduce stress, but they do not replace diagnosis or therapy. In case of acute symptoms, during pregnancy, or with pre-existing conditions (e.g., pacemaker, thrombosis), please consult a doctor before use.

Featured in
Massager and pillow in one, with flexible hook. The oPillow can be positioned where it is intended to work, and also functions without the pillow.
The catch is the idea
A massage cushion tends to slip. With this flexible attachment, it stays exactly where you want it, even when you move. It might sound like a small thing, but it's the difference between ten minutes of massage and ten minutes of readjusting.
Two devices in one
With a pillow, it's a neck support that massages. Without a pillow, it's a handheld device for the back, waist, and calves.
Office and sofa
Equally usable on an office chair and on the sofa. Devices that only work in one place will never be used anywhere.
Do not use in cases of acute injuries, inflammation, or immediately after surgery.

Before cleaning, switch off the appliance and unplug it, then wipe it with a slightly damp, soft cloth and allow it to dry. Do not use harsh cleaners or solvents and do not immerse the appliance in water – this will keep the cover looking beautiful for a long time.
All NAIPO products come with a 2-year warranty — quick and easy service via NAIPO customer service: service@naipo.de. Selected products also offer an optional extended warranty with NAIPO Protect. Details are available on the [website/page/etc.]. Warranty page.
Significantly less than many people think: During a massage, modern models typically consume between 100 and 200 watts, and only a few watts in standby mode. With 30 minutes of daily use, this is roughly equivalent to the energy consumption of a television—a few euros per month.
Modern NAIPO recliners operate quietly — watching television or having conversations is easily possible at the same time. The only audible sounds are the massage rollers and the inflation of the air chambers, comparable to a quiet fan.
You can find the exact dimensions (including the dimensions in the lying position) at the top of this product page. The narrowest doorway along the delivery route is important. Our NAIPO logistics team will deliver to your room upon request and assemble it professionally. More about delivery & assembly.
Wipe regularly with a soft, slightly damp cloth; use a mild cleaner for stubborn areas. Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol, and prolonged direct sunlight—then the cover will remain beautiful for many years.
If you have a pacemaker, are pregnant, have an acute injury, or are suffering from a serious illness, please seek medical advice before use. All safety instructions can be found at the bottom of this page — a massage chair is not a substitute for medical treatment.
