As a guideline, short, regular sessions of about 10 to 20 minutes have proven effective—many NAIPO devices switch off automatically via a timer. Listen to your body, take breaks between sessions, and follow the instructions in the user manual.
No — this is a wellness device for relaxation. Regular massages can help loosen tension and reduce stress, but they do not replace diagnosis or therapy. In case of acute symptoms, during pregnancy, or with pre-existing conditions (e.g., pacemaker, thrombosis), please consult a doctor before use.
Before cleaning, switch off the appliance and unplug it, then wipe it with a slightly damp, soft cloth and allow it to dry. Do not use harsh cleaners or solvents and do not immerse the appliance in water – this will keep the cover looking beautiful for a long time.
