Shipping information for massage chairs

* This massage chair needs to be assembled. You can assemble the chair using the instruction manual or contact us for the assembly video.
* You will receive 3 boxes (weight of each box: 140 kg, 34 kg, 30 kg). At least two adults are required to carry the boxes.

* If the address has a time limit for a large truck, please indicate this during the call.
* Delivery to a post office is not supported. Delivery is not possible on weekends and public holidays.

  • Is there a more exact dimensioning when the armchair is pushed together?

  • I am interested in the "Naipo 3 D space capsule" model. Is it more suitable for a gentle massage or for a more sporty, harder massage? Lt. The armchair does not fit your dimensions through 70cm doors. Does it fit through an 80cm door?

    The MGC-8900 offers a variety of automatic programs and massage modes that are suitable for both gentle and harder massages. Movement space requirements and product dimensions can be found on the offer page in the product description.

  • I am currently testing the large Real Relax here at home and am considering the mgc 8900 br as an alternative. Please need the operating instructions or the detailed description of the definition options for the manual programs in the short term. Alternatively, a really knowledgeable telephone consultation.
