Shipping
* This massage chair is delivered on a pallet. Please leave us your mobile number. After placing your order, we will contact you to confirm the address before we deliver the product.
* This massage chair needs to be assembled. You can assemble the chair using the instruction manual or contact us for the assembly video.
* You will receive 3 boxes (weight of each box: 92 kg, 22 kg, 27 kg). At least two adults are required to carry the boxes.
Notes
* If the address has a time limit for a large truck, please indicate this during the call.
* Delivery to a post office is not supported. Delivery is not possible on weekends and public holidays.
